This week, we announced the official date our bookings will open. Ahhhh finally. We (and that’s a collective we) have waited a long time for this.
Reservations for Ómós will open on Tuesday 24 March at 12 noon, with both stays and dining for July to September 2026 bookable via our website. Paid subscribers (alongside gift voucher holders) will be granted early access to reserve stays, dining or both before anyone else - so keep an eye on your email in the coming weeks.
I often see Substack as an opportunity to share a little more than what’s available on our other social platforms. We love getting granular, and having a space where I can set aside time to share our processes feels both reflective and liberating. It’s a chance to offer a deeper look at how and why we do things.
