Chateau de Béru, Chardonnay, Athenais Béru, 2022
If you’re like me and love white Burgundy but don’t quite have the deep pockets required for the big stuff, you’ll LOVE this Chardonnay from Chateau de Béru, just a few kilometres from Chablis. It’s a lot of wine for the money. It's smooth, elegant, with loads of stone fruits. Very moreish.
We’re collaborating with this amazing clay-based design studio for Ómós Guesthouse. From baths to wall paint and tiles, they have been an absolute joy to discover and work with.
