It feels like summer and there has been a hive of activity from our end, from podcasts and kombucha to an exciting new product. The last few weeks have been all go, so we’re using this newsletter to update you on what’s been happening.
New stockists

Curious conversations
All this time spent on the farm has got us talking. In between the many rambling conversations with Niall in the field, there have been a couple of appearances on podcasts (Go Gather Wild & I Heard it Through The Grapevine). Cúán also wrote about the positive and negative impacts of our food choices in a newsletter titled ‘The Future of Food’. While it’s set to be delicious - spoiler alert - there are a few things we can all do to ensure that. Be sure to check that one out and stay tuned for Part II of the newsletter.
Young, wild and free
In light of this and with the reopening of our industry (hooray), we wanted to provide a little hope to those questioning whether this remains an industry worth pursuing. So, last week, we decided to make all articles of the Ómós Digest free for chefs in training, Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs worldwide. We believe that, collectively, our industry can instigate change beginning with our youth. We hope our newsletters can help to inform and inspire these chefs at the start of their journey and ultimately contribute to the delicious future of food. New product alert
When we’re not on the farm, we’re out foraging and collecting. Wild food is now abundant and it’s the perfect time to get stuck in. We want to help you and make foraging easy, so we’re releasing a new product very soon! It’s being kept under wraps for now but readers of our Digest will be the first to know what we’ve got in store for you. Keep your eyes peeled over the next week or two and in the meantime, here’s a little taster...
