Vintner's Companion Batch#2

The second launch of our non alcoholic beverage.

Dear Readers,

We hope you are enjoying this morning’s newsletter and are as excited about elm seeds as we are.

We thought we might mention to you that our non-alcoholic offering, the Vintner’s Companion is available tomorrow for pre-order from 10am for the general public.

As always, we look after our subscribers, and while we do not think this batch will sell out due to the quantity we have produced on this occasion, as a gesture, bottles are available for pre-order to paid subscribers from 8pm this evening.

This is our second batch of brew, and while we were delighted with our first launch, we have made some alterations. Firstly, we have altered the balance, increasing the acidity with the addition of more kombucha and less apple. We have replaced the unsalted butter with salted butter which has brought a desirable salinity. We have also increased the infusion time of the meadowsweet, which brings more vanilla and hay tones to each glass (believe us, this is a good thing).

With all of these additions we had to make a cut somewhere and luckily for you, that’s in the price. We have reduced the cost to €19.50 per bottle.

This offer is for pick-up only. For the future, we are still figuring out transport, as we would really love to be able to get a bottle to each and every one of you.

This really is only the beginning for paid subscribers. In the coming weeks, we will be releasing new products which we can’t wait to share, it really is testing our patience.
