Nice work Cuan, I remember how ahead of your time you were! At 18 in college when you met someone new your first question was always “how much money do you make and how old are you?” Great read, thought provoking for sure. I would like to know how much tips you were getting, did that bridge some of the gap, and if you think this is one core reason people always question value in the service industry? Do you think we as an industry would be better off to abolish tip culture?
